Maze & Dean was formed in 1989 by its partners, Brian Maze and Brenda Dean. We amalgamated our two different areas of expertise when we formed our practice – Brian coming from a commercial background and Brenda from residential and as such, the practice is able to provide a comprehensive service to clients. Our experience is vast and varied, ranging from working within conservation areas such as Hampstead Garden Suburb where we liaise closely with Barnet and the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust, to working on Listed Buildings in the West End and the City converting them into restaurants, apartments and hotels. But we are not limited to London and its suburbs, we have undertaken projects in Essex, Surrey, Kent and Suffolk.

Communication is key - this is the ethos of our practice. First and foremost we listen to our clients. Once we have met and understood their requirements, we participate in conversation and the communication of ideas which result in a successful project. This, in turn, results in a happy client.
